LiveEnterprise phone features, small-business price
Every Telx plan runs on the same carrier-grade platform. Pick the features you need and add users as you grow.
Auto attendant
Greet every caller professionally and route them by menu, schedule, or department — no receptionist required.
Smart call routing
Ring groups, hunt groups, time-of-day rules, and failover to mobile so a call never hits a dead end.
Voicemail-to-email
Voicemails arrive in your inbox as audio files with transcripts, so nothing sits unheard on a desk phone.
Apps for every device
Take your extension anywhere with desktop and mobile apps — or keep your favourite SIP desk phones.
Call recording & history
Record calls on demand or by rule, and search full call detail records from your admin portal.
Real-time analytics
See call volumes, missed calls, and agent activity at a glance — and export anything you need for billing.
One platform, every kind of team
From a two-person office to a distributed contact centre, Telx scales with the same account and the same admin portal.

Frequently asked questions
Can I keep my current business number?
Yes. Telx supports number porting for Canadian local and toll-free numbers. We handle the transfer with your current carrier — most ports complete within a few business days, and your line keeps working the whole time.
Do I need special hardware?
No. The mobile and desktop apps are all most teams need. If you prefer desk phones, Telx works with standard SIP devices from Yealink, Polycom, Grandstream, Cisco, and others — including phones you already own.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Monthly plans have no contract and no setup fee — you can add, remove, or cancel users anytime. Annual plans get a discount plus free number porting.
What's actually included in the $4.99 Basic plan?
A full extension on the Telx cloud PBX: a Canadian local number, auto attendant, call routing, voicemail-to-email, mobile and desktop apps, transfers, hold, and caller ID. It's a complete phone system, not a teaser.
How reliable is a cloud phone system?
Telx runs on redundant, carrier-grade infrastructure with a 99.99% uptime target. If your office internet ever goes down, calls automatically fail over to mobile so you never miss a customer.
Can Telx handle faxing or SIP trunking?
Yes — virtual fax is available as an add-on, and SIP trunking for existing on-premise PBX systems is included with Enterprise plans. Talk to sales for trunk pricing.
